action back for comfort while driving (a piece of elastic fabric as tall as the bellows runs between them across the back under the lining, pulling the bellows closed when arms hang straight; it also adds a little cold protection to the wind-exposed upper back)

windproof mode: third button (with buttonhole cut in the lapel roll) actually closes, working in tandem with the collar tab to offer chest and neck protection. The collar is cut to ride lower in front (for comfort) when raised and buttoned up.
