Daedelus,
The seems to be some bandwidth problems with the photos you've uploaded. Is there a way to fix that?

Yup. But it should be fixed now.J.S. Groot wrote:Daedelus,

I believe that UC knows better and I suspect here he must be playing agent provocateur.uppercase wrote:Re. …what is the reason for preference for non-matching tie/square?
IMHO perfect (or even close to perfect) matching of tie/pocket square is BORING. And a waisted opportunity to experiment with different colors and textures. A harmonious, playful combination shows creativity and risk taking, makes you feel good, and is one hundred times better than wearing something that looks as straight out of a box set (it probably is).
Matchy matchy...
The principle of combining (tasteful creativity) is superior to that of matching (foolproof).
Ties and squares are things of beauty, not necessity.

As for me, I wouldn't (or wouldn't want to) live without them.Costi wrote:Ties and squares are things of beauty, not necessity.
Selling them together is no problem, as long as they don't come with instructions to be worn as a "combo"
I have a couple of ties and pocket squares with the same design and colour scheme from a good men's store. They were not even sitting together in the drawers and were not proposed as a set. I give them merits for that...
