Jermyn Street - The Art of Being British Day

I see this event is being held on Sept 10th, did anyone go last year? Is it worth making a long trip or only worth popping along if you are already in London?

Don't think of going unless you're in central London . I went last year and it wasn't worth it at all. Very crowded and full of people who didn't have the faintest idea what Jermyn St was about. The actual shops didn't seem well represented and if they did , then it was the downmarket element. Steer clear.

Thank you Charles, as I am in Cornwall at the moment it would have meant a long trip. I'll visit the street later in the year.
