Last year I acquired a vintage Chester Barrie Ulster styled overcoat from my friend Le Gentleman here on the LL. On the label it is printed Morgan & Ball Birmingham.
I've been looking around the internet but haven't come up with any information about this shop. I even checked to see if the shop was in Birmingham AL USA, but I don't think this coat would have sold there well due to the warm weather they have most of the time.
My question to the Lounge is, as any been to, or heard of Morgan & Ball?
Best Regards,

Question About A Shop in Birmingham England?
Cufflink,
I am not an expert in the matter but a quick search revealed that Morgan & Ball were a London based tailoring outfit (now defunct) with branches in various parts of the country.
The Victoria & Albert clothing collection contains a few examples of M&B's craft:

Incidentally the Victoria and Albert Museum is a treasure chest of choice tailoring pieces from days gone by. Highly recommended for a delightful day out in London.
