If you have a tailor in mind the safest course of action is to ask his advice. Usually though, 2 metres at that width(full width) is sufficient for a coat, but you require patch pockets, so given the price I'd get 2.5 metres to be on the safe side. Just noticed, 4 patch pockets? Inspiration Michael Gambon in Gosford Park perhaps...?
