Large pattern herringbone suitings

According to Will, one of the Cloth Club mills makes this( or something similar) in a 14-15 oz Cheviot. Does anyone have any leads?

These vintage illustrations are so lush. I find the color palette here, to be quirky. The khaki trench has nothing whatever to do with the suit, hat, shirtings and tie. It does pick up on the shoes and pipe.
