A "bespoke" tailor iron!

Hi!

This should be of interest mostly to the tailors on LL.

The images show my enhanced Grossag tailor iron. With the help of my father I turned a 4,5 KG iron into a 7-8 KG steam iron, which is attached to a little steam generator.
The sole is 10mm stainless steel, which is welded to the original sole. All those tailors here who are used to a heavy iron can probably imagine, that it performs very well. I can attach a teflon shoe to it to avoid shining and the use of a damp cloth.
As far as I know, it should be unique, at least in shape and weight!
If you have other information, please let me know!

Though not a tailor, I should like to see the images. Unfortunately, they do not appear, at least not here on the Pampa.

Sorry, just realized, that there were identical images.

Here is the one, that should be there, too.
The iron is not a beauty, but it does the trick!
You might have to click the icons, although they show corrupt image replacements.
Strange, but I hope you forgive me.
