RTW corduroy trousers

W Bill has the most extensive range of colors of corduroy I've seen so far.

I went to the web site and they seem to have set up a system to sell directly to the consumer but I find the colors on the site impossible to fathom-everything looks like light brown,
for instance-what is fawn and what is corn?

Good point! Because, it is worth keeping an open mind and not be overly captured by a "brand name mind set", and look deeper at whether the requirement is being met elsewhere more economically

Dear Ed,

I went to Cordings today with the idea of taking pictures of corn and fawn cords. The only problem was that the sales staff couldn't tell me what was corn and what was fawn. The trousers were OK and I even tried on a pair but the fit was not something we would be proud to wear.

"Corn" should be a yellowish tan and "fawn" a yellowish green with blue.

After trying some pants on in Cordings, I bought some moleskins for my tailor to make some casual pants.

Would you suggest trouser details that you saw at Cordings, ie: flat front, slant pockets, daks waistband, with leg that tapers to a narrow opening at the hem? Thanks.
