My Optimo hat arrived which I had ordered when Graham Thompson did a trunk show at the Oxxford Store.
It's a beautifully made fedora (mid grey) in mid weight fur felt. The hat and brim are just right for me. I cannot tell you how many hats that I have purchased through the years where th proportions were wrong.
Additionally, Optimo cleaned and blocked two of my old hats. Another excellent job.
Optimo has my highest recommendation.

Photos, please!
At least, Mark, wear it on Thursday evening.

Nick, you're asking a guy that still uses Kodak film to send photos!
I think that Matt Deckard's excellent photos show the quality of the hat.
Of course, I'll wear it on Thursday. I'll try to be discrete since Jay Kos sells hats.

Dear Mark,
Warning: I'm bringing my daughter's digital camera on Thurdsay!
And Mark: you have unsuspectingly revealed yourself as a lawyer, using "discrete" instead of the (proper) "discreet." I repeatedly made that mistake "back in the day."
Regards.

I'm drooling to see this hat of yours. I'm sending in my graphite grey to be cleaned by Graham tomorrow, I'll keep you all posted on how it turns out.

You want pictures! It's a miracle that I know how to use the computer!
Seriously, I'm working on it. I first have to try to get some photos on eBay for the Mrs.

Pictures!
Optimo makes some great hats. I recently found Art Fawcett who made me a gorgeous hat. The pictures don't do it justice. The felt and ribbon colors are extraordinarily rich.

Art Fawcett is a member of the Lounge, I believe. I second vonwotan's endorsement of Art; I am thoroughly pleased with the two fedoras he made for me.
Art and Graham are two of the best bespoke hat makes in the USA.
