Can someone give me contact information for ordering Carmina shoes from a distance, assuming this is possible. I assume that by contacting one of their shops, one can arrange for purchase of a particular model in a particular size. But who should one contact? Thanks.

He does not speak much English but is fluent in French and Spanish. One of his assistants speaks good English. It is best to have an idea of what you want before calling. The Rain last is lovely and the wholecut model is #910. Hope that helps.

Here are the cordovan colours that are available at Carmina Paris. From left to right: brandy, ruby, mid brown, burgundy, black, olive. The one missing from the shot is blue.

Kolecho those Carminas are stunning. Do you happen to know of a Carmina rep that would help me find my size from a remote location?
For example, a gentlemen named Phillip from St. Crispin's offered to help me estimate my size based on a paper tracing that I would then send to him in the mail. He couldn't guarantee a perfect fit without seeing me in person, but at least he made the effort to help me find the closest size possible.
Btw I only speak English.

Chris,
Carmina does not offer that service AFAIK. It took me some trouble to get the size right. Some say size down a full size from EG, some say size down by half. I eventually figured out that I take the same size as my EGs. When I asked Miguel in Paris at the outset, he recommended the same size as EG. He was right.

Thanks kolecho. Unfortunately there's no EG retailer in Atlanta either. Guess I'll have to wait until my next trip to NYC.
You might also post your EG (or other brand) shoe sizes here. People with Carminas will probably be able to transpose.
I'm impressed with the feel of my Carminas. I haven't had them as long as my ancient Greens, but I'm optimistic they will acquire that "second skin" feel my Greens have.
