high-end catalogues
Talk about pent-up demand: there are four brands I can think of that despite my general distaste for RTW, still have appeal for me: Charvet, Rubinacci, Marinella, and Cordings. And yet, I cannot get a catalogue from any of these shops for inspiration. Has anyone seen a catalogue from any of these four shops? Can you get me one?

Cordings has been developing a web site for a while and have told me that they are planning on issuing a brochure.

I haven't seen catalogues in either Rubinacci or Marinella, although Rubinacci used to publish a very interesting illustrated magazine which is now discontinued.
I don't know about Charvet.
You probably have their sites but just in case:

If you crave things Neopolitan, here are a few more sites:
bespoke tailor:
Sartoria Panico
http://www.sartoriapanico.com/main.php?lingua=en
Sartoria Sabino
http://www.sartoriasabino.it/root%20sito/flash/main.htm
Eclectic:
Founded in 1780, Cilento sells a bit of everything from 7 fold ties to bolts of vintage fabric.

Leather goods
Tramontano, founded in 1865.

Shoes:

Shirts:

Ofcourse, these are just a few interesting stores in Naples with sites. There are many, many more to discover.
Finally, when you can't stand it anymore and have to catch the next flight to Naples, consider staying at Palazzo Alabardieri.

I asked Charvet about their catalogue. Their answer: there are no Charvet catalogues.

Marinella has a brochure.
Arnys has a brochure.
I have experience with mail-order from Cordings albeit almost five-years back. The brochure was a rather limited one but had all the basics you'd be looking at Cordings for:
cords, moleskins, macs, covert coats, Tattersalls, even some suitings.
Since then I tried to contact them for the brochure update but to zero success.
If you are interested in the like, Purdey (www.purdey.com) regularly send me their brochures (they are more expensive than Cordings, but the range is more interesting - variations on the traditional country and sports), as well as Holland and Holland (www.hollandandholland.com).
You may also look upon Farlows of London (www.farlows.co.uk )
