After 2.30 min. something happens. A very elegant man appears. He doesn't say anything. We only see the back of him as he walks along the cloth bolts at W Bill. Is that our very own chairman :D?

 Actually I was perusing the offerings at Smith Woollens when the team from Monocle was shooting a piece on Norton. I didn't realize they had panned my back side til now.

Very nice hat, Michael!

Very sympathetic this Patrick fellow I think. Any experience of the handiwork done by the cutters and tailors? Their shirts come off at £198, which is definitely not bad. Any experience on those?

Norton's made my first bespoke suit and I have been extremely pleased with the result. It was Patrick's approachability and personal style that attracted me to the firm and he was no different in the flesh than on screen, guiding a novice through the process and helping me refine my choices. No experience of the shirts but I understand that they use Stephen Lachter who's name has appeared elsewhere on the LL.
