New G&G BS shoes!
The second pair is at odds with the sleek last, but I like that style and have thought of adding it maybe for fall '09.
The Loake Braemar is an attractive (if obviously less well-made) version.

Very handsome, luk-cha -- no BS.
Remarkably executed. They'd go well with some of the 4X4 jacketings
thanks C! the idea of the second pair was to be a sleek derby and something i can wear with more casual stuff when i am off duty i lifted the idea with a few mods from Church's Grafton http://centipede.web.fc2.com/grafton.htm[/url] but i can see you point that a chunkier last might be better!Concordia wrote:The second pair is at odds with the sleek last, but I like that style and have thought of adding it maybe for fall '09.

The skin looks very nice in the flesh. Looks a bit like scothgrain effect, but it looks very natural upon closer inspection.
