I have my first pair of bespoke shoes being made presently by George Cleverly and had first fitting, looking forward to end result.
However, as much as i would recommend Cleverly..... yesterday I went into Berluti at a friends request and wanted to let you know what I thought (for what my thoughts are worth:-) ).
Superb!! I ended up buying some (more than a pair). Wonderful service, very helpful and took lot of time to help me ensure I got the right last for me. Actually found loafers that fit for first time in many years!!
I would highly recommend Berluti, for top service and a pair of unique shoes (they cna do ANY colour) as well as a style that is out of the ordinary.... wonderful!
Berluti
I'm not a fan of their styling, for instance their latest instalment "tatoes" with spiders and whatnot as decorations are poor form imo. The more classic club etc is not bad.
But Id rather have a pair from Aubercy, Cortay or Delos.
The service is ireprochable, slightly ott submissive imo.
To each their own.
Glad you found some that are to your liking.

I'm not a fan of the materials they use for their RTW shoes. For some pictures follow the link! http://www.newsaboutshoes.de/showthread ... ht=berluti
I think you will find that Berluti has as few fans here as Nike.
They can look seductive initially because of their tarty antiqueing but beneath that their construction leaves much to be desired. To charge those prices for Blake constructed shoes is utterly criminal.
