Suit/Shirt combo

I have been enjoying wearing both Savile row’s and Neapolitan’s bespoke garments.

Here is my recent thought.
Is it appropriate if I am wearing suit and shirt mixing SR with Naples and vice versa?
A: Savile row suit + Neapolitan shirt
B: Neapolitan suit + Savile row/Jermyn St. shirt

In my opinion, B would be rather OK. But A would be unmatched due to special features of Neapolitan shirt such as gathered sleeve or tendency of using high and thin material.
