Winter-weight Country Tweed Trousers

Can anyone provide a lead for me to track down a nice pair of tweed heavy-wool (something in the 12-16 oz. range, I think) country-style trousers for more casual outdoor wear in winter? I don't want something quite as crude as the heavy wool hunting trousers available on some US websites, but rather a pair that would look good with a nice wool coat. My preference would be a supplier providing online ordering capabilities. I've pretty much exhausted the US sources, I think, so suggestions about UK suppliers would be most welcome.
