Does anyone know the difference between red and blue label Harris tweed?

The mystery seems solved! The blue label is Canadian, in both English and French, and possiby of older design. The red is the standard label.

I am enclosing an email from The Harris Tweed Authority concerning these labels:

Dear Dr Griffith
Thank you for your email. Apologies for the delay in replying - we were closed all last week.
I have been asking one of the producers about the blue label as I myself have never seen one. He tells me that they did produce these labels for a short time in the 60s (he thinks) but the market preferred the red ones. It is the red ones that are used today. About 4 years ago we tried a yellow one but again after one season we withdrew as the market again preferred the red one. I attach an image of some of the labels used today.
Regards
