Question for Tony Gaziano: 83 last?

A poster from Japan over on AAAC made reference to a salesman at a Japanese shoe store wearing Edward Green shoes on the new 83 last. Does Edward Green in fact have a new 83 last, or is this just a typographical error with the poster really meaning the 82 last? If the 83 last really exists, could you comment on its fit and shape characteristics?
