Boisdale Belgravia

I will be in London briefly next month, on business. My client has arranged for a dinner at Boisdale, in large part, it seems, because of the decor, steaks and cigar lounge. Unfortunately, my brief research has suggested I prepare for the worse, or maybe a bit better. Any opinions or experiences? When I was last in London some years back, I had a marvelous experience at the Lanesborough Library Bar, during the Golden Age of indoor cigar smoking. Does the Connaught still have a roof top cigar lounge?
