Yes, Box twills go to 32 oz. (I actually got the "lighter" 20 oz twill as a lining for the 40 oz whipcord you commissioned) :D No winter worries here!

Here's a question for you. Given the fairly flimsy cashmeres around (albeit widely available), would you be able to get the same effect as a heavier cloth by having an overcoat entirely self-lined?

I know Harrisons has cashmeres of at least 18 oz wouldn't that be sufficient? Although I am "in" for a coat length of Everest... 8)
