I'll be getting off a plane in London on June 1st, from California. I don't know that I'll feel much like socializing, but I could keep the option open. Otherwise, I'm in London until June 7th (Friday morning, essentially). By now, most of my evenings are spoken for, but a cocktail or two might be possible!

My ability to attend depends entirely on how I feel after a 10+ hour flight and whether or not that flight is on time, and so forth. So please don't make any plans contingent upon my ability to attend. Having said that, I "always" find the American Bar at the Savoy to be crazy busy. How about the American Bar at the Stafford? The cocktail bar at the Connaught? I'd suggest Duke's, too, but the Duke's is very small.

But again, please don't make plans based on my ability to attend.

No, not really.

As I said, please don't orient plans around me. If we're lucky, we'll arrive at our hotel in good shape. But it has been known for us to arrive and simply crash for twelve hours.
