I do not think that times have changed very much which was why I posted the comment about long haired young men earlier.
For every Cary Grant or Gianni Agnelli there have always been tens or hundreds of thousands of teenagers dressed in the latest fad that is unless you think loon pants, beaded Indian tee-shirts and Afghan coats (which I suspect many of us older members wore) are any different to the trash worn in the photos of the Brits.

The funny thing is that the beads 'n' Afghan coat brigade (and the beads and the coats did at least fit) are now walking around in excellent clothes - but I think that they always had the potential; whereas members of this shower don't - 'Rabbie' Williams is my age and will never improve.
