Brooks Brothers Trench Coats

Brooks doesn't make it.
It sold-off its suit making factories. All of its tailored clothes are made by outside vendors, such as Martin Greenfield on its top of the line suit. Much lesser lights are used on its less expensive suits.
The only factories that it kept are its tie factory in Long Island City, NY, and a shirt factory in Georgia which makes the USA RTW shirts and the MTM shirts.
The quality of its products vary from barely acceptable to excellent. Therefore, I doubt that a generalization can be made about the quality of its rainwear.

I suggest you use Burberry's MTM service for trench-coats.
The prices aren't extraordinarily high: starting at $850 something.
