I have a suspicion that there is more amiss here than simply the sleeve pitch. I am considering another suit from this firm and would like some suggestions on an improvement in fit and style for my frame.
Many thanks gentlemen.

TTO:

The sleeve pitch needs to be corrected, as do their awkward length. Further, the right side of the coat is pulling badly and needs to be corrected, and the hem of the trousers needs to be balanced properly.
Although you're considering another commission, if the cutter and tailor who made this suit cannot or simply refuses to correct the mistakes (unless you pay for it), refuse to pay the bill and find yourself
another tailor. Slipshod work is unacceptable.

Still photography is tricky in matters of fit, but I also think the suit shouldn't have walked out the tailor's door until everything was fine.
Style-wise, on the next city suit I'd straighten the pockets, lose the ticket pocket and sleeve cuffs, move the roll to 2.5 rather than 2, enrich the lapel roll. Is the coat double vented?

Thank you both for your suggestions.
I think I should be fair and point out that this was a made to measure suit and that the company is very willing to help with any possible alterations to get a better fit and balance. I am hoping any issues can be rectified without many problems.
I have also gained some weight!
Any further insight would be gratefully received.

The coat looks too tight and about an inch too short. As for style, it's for you to decide what you think adds or detracts. People around here tend to have strong views, but that's all they are, views.

Certainly, thank you for putting things into perspective :)
I would add that the coat length is also a matter of style in this case, rather than fit... in my view
