His hair -- or hairpiece, as some say -- was longer at the front at the time of Dr No. Those are quite possibly the trousers of the iconic piece worn in Goldfinger. I'm pretty sure it is, since he wore a thin black tie with that ensemble.

This still is definitely from Dr. No. Bond is in his Kingston, Jamica hotel room getting ready to go to the Queen’s Club to meet Professor Dent and Potter, an old ex-Army general,….socially, of course.

And notice how long the jacket is, while still looking in proportion thanks to high-waisted trousers, a high button stance, Gable's own broad shoulders, and a nipped waist in the jacket. No bum-freezers there.

Perhaps it would be helpful to also have some photos of "the way they are supposed to look from behind". I must admit that I am still unsure how the perfect trouser that sits at the natural waist and has forward pleats looks like from behind. What does a "perfect" trouser seat look like?

We´ll never know for sure.
The "perfect" trouser seat will always be covered by a jacket and we´ll only get partial glimpses of it through the vents. :)
