Shirts: french cuffs that aren't thick, spear collars

I can't seem to find off-the-peg shirts with French cuffs that aren't incredibly bulky and uncomfortable on the wrists.

The other thing is shirts with more pointed collars that are slightly curved on the underside, so that the points don't point in the air. Very hard to find, whatever the cuff style.

Anyone have an idea?

I seem to remember that Dege & Skinner had the kind of cuffs you are looking for their ready to wear shirts ... I tried one on a few years back at their shop and I was impressed by the minimal and comfortable fit all over .

Thanks a lot, I'll have a look!

(I used to wear single cuffs with cuff links, but that looks so white-tie.)

As regards the cuffs you might like Hilditch & Key RTW, I have never had that problem with their collars either.
