I have the Penguin edition of a couple of Wooster novels (Jeeves in the Offing and The Code of the Woosters, if I remember correctly) with Ian Carmichael's picture on the front. I wonder if the series are available in DVD. If so, I must get them.
If anyone comes across the DVDs, then I would also be very interested in knowing the source, thanks.

Here's a link for the boxed set of the Wimsey series:

and I have asked the BBC shop abbout the World of Wooster series. Apparently, PG Wodehouse described the Carmichael - Price portrayal as definitive and, good though the Laurie - Fry versions are, they are hightly derivative of the earlier series and not as good.

I have ordered the Wimsey series from bbc.com. Not all the novels seem to have been filmed. The boxed set is back ordered, so I shall have to be patient.

FiS - For some reason, they did not film all the novels. Carmichael did some and also Edward Petherbridge - not quite the same but a sound performance. It's a bit like James Bond films for those of us who remember Connery in the early films.

NJS, thanks. I asked a friend at the BFI to have a nose around but am not really hopeful. I'll report back if I have positive news.
I have found an offer for a single, half-one-hour episode at:

Successful bidders, please do share images of Ian Carmichael as B. Wooser with your LL fellows!

The BBC has not, it seems, produced the Carmichael-Price series The World of Wooster as DVDs and I have written to ask whether they are going to do so and also whether it has ever been released on video cassettes. The e-mail contact point is DVDenquiryline@2entertain.co.uk. Obviously, the more enquiries, the greater the likelihood of them producing the DVDs.
