I was charged 500 dollars for Vass RTW Budapesters on July 19, but I still do not have the shoes. Of course, the shop person at Schumann is on vacation and the shop is closed, and he "will investigate" when he comes back in the middle of August. I am not alleging anything ontoward, but this is annoying.

summer shutdown is a reality when dealing with european vendors. For the UK it is usually only a week or two. For those on the continent it can be as much as 4 weeks. If your order doesn't ship before shutdown your out of luck

Well, this is the next level up of annoyance because it did ship!

They would not be the only EU clothing suppliers who ship expensive goods without trackers.

Whenever one of my company's shipments from the U.S. is diverted to the Maldives Islands, we at least know where it's gone. Of course, we still don't get it back.
