Welcome Alex Kabbaz
Alex, let me be the first to welcome you to the London Lounge. I think you will like it here, and I know we will benefit from your presense. This forum is a great resource for customers and artisans alike, and one of the most civilized outposts in cyberspace.
In that spirit, I promise not to rail against your price structure unless someone else starts it. Then all bets are off.

I will be the second to welcome. It is nice to see you here, although, truth be told, I haven't seen you yet. Is Manton making this up?

Welcome Alex!
I see that Manton is correct, yet again.
Greetings, Alex!

Yes, Manton is making it up. He is practicing for his next book, a work of fiction entitled "The House of Smooth Jazz & Manton, Tailors".
Nonetheless, thank you all very much for welcoming the imaginary me ... and excuse my unfamiliarity with the quotation system here as yet.

Welcome Alex. I am sure that the forum will benefit greatly from your encyclopedic knowledge on shirtmaking and the clothing business in general.
How did you hear of Manton's new book? We were actually rather hoping that "The House of Smooth Jazz & Manton, Tailors" is a huge success -- help us afford some more bespoke clothing! We are, as you no doubt guessed, accepting proposals for product placements. The shirt slot is available for $[please call to ask] or a lifetime supply of free shirts!!!

Welcome Alex!
Dear Mr. Kabbaz,
Indeed a pleasant surprise to have you here with us. Like most members...I thought Manton was making this up...then again, I thought, that is very unlikely of him.
In any case...Welcome! Hope the members here can benefit from your well trained advice about the art of bespoke shirt making. I may go so far as to say that with you being a true bespoke shirt maker...and this forum specifically dedicated to bespoke clothing...you should feel most at "home".
Warmest regards
sincerely

Dear Mr. Kabbaz:
I look forward to learning much from you about bespoke shirt making.
Despite your close proximity, i rarely make it to that end of Long Island. Should you find yourself again near 79th and Madison, please stop in to Salander-O'Reilly and say hi. I would love to hear more about your family's relationship to the Murphy's (we represent the artist's estate.)
