I stumpled upon this portrait of the most important (I believe) Danish psychiatrist, Erik Stömberg. I hope it's okay to post it here, although he is no moviestar or king. I very much like the simplicity or modesty in his dress and the whole aristocratic charisma. It's from 1973 by a painter called Sand Holm:

Movie stars often started out with little idea of dress - early pictures of Clark Gable and Cary Grant are a far cry from them at the top of the tree - indeed, Gloria Swanson said that the young Gable had the appearance of a truck driver; whereas, men like this probably always dressed with an easy and less emphatically tutored elegance.
