The Royal Arcade off Bond Street 1880-2009. Things change slowly still a confectioner and a proper bootmaker and it seems this is where Smith and Son Umbrella makers were based in 1880.

What shops were in the Arcade in the 1880s?

I am fairly sure that the Smith's umbrella shop was just a separate branch from the New Oxford Street shop. Did you get this from a Kelly's Directory or the National Archives?
