I did a mini-survey of what the hatters of the UK charge for re-conforming a bowler and the results are interesting:

Lock & Co.: £50
Ascot Top Hats: £50
Patey's: £25
Bates: £10 (though I am not sure whether they use a conformature)

I should think it would be free, as long as the hat was purchased in the shop.
