I am looking to buy a new bespoke suit in the £1000-£1300 range. This would be a 36" two-piece suit (2 buttons) in a dark grey medium weight cloth - for business use.

I live in London, but SR maybe outside of my price range...

Thanks in advance for any recommendations.

Hello,

I think that price range is definitely sufficient.

Chris Kerr and Eddie have a good reputation:

Also, there are other tailors in Soho who are meant to be quite good (some who have previously worked on SR)

This is all just from my personal reading though as I am a "Northener" :D

but yes, you defo can get bespoke in London at your price range.

I am currently having a suit made at Sims & McDonald of Lamb's Conduit Street who I have gone to on the recommendation of other posters here. The cost for a 2 piece will be under £1k.

In the past I have used Kashket with variable results - ultimately you will get what you are after but it takes a bit of work with them. They are also comfortably below £1k.

In addition, I believe Connock & Lockie -- also of Lamb's Conduit Street -- is within your range. I have never used them, but I seem to recall reading some positive reports regarding their work posted on this forum.
