Reiss has a mediocre quality and overly narrow version. A blend with cachemere or other wools would also be good. I believe such ties were frequently worn by Agnelli.

Where can I find flannel ties?
If you are just looking for napped wool or cashmere ties, they shouldn't be too hard to find. Drakes has a few on their web site; I have some by Nicky (Milan), RLPL, Debonair (in Royal Opera Arcade) and couple of small Italian makers. I see them all the time in season, and they tend to show up in discount stores too. Brooks Bros has some silk and cashmere blends; even Lands' End has some cashmeres. Kent Wang over on Style Forum had a few herringbone cashmeres . . . . Mountain and Sackett in New York has some interesting cashmere, alpaca, and wool ties on their web site--can't vouch for quality but it looks promising. Note that there are many colors for each of the basic patterns (click for details to see the range). Charvet has silk-cashmere blends, Rubinacci has (or had) challis . . . a bit of googling and strolling the boulevards shoud turn up something. Good luck!
Presumably there are tie-makers who would do a bespoke order if you found the right fabric. This might be a good use for some of the odd-lots available at Tip Top and similar. Many of the weights/fabrics that are too soft and light to be good suitings might be very elegant ties.
