Gentlemen:

I am posting it here since Tony probably checks this area.

I believe that both Tony and George Glasgow are in NY around mid-April. Could we have a meeting of the East Coast chapter with one or both these gentlemen in attendance? It may be the perfect opportunity to learn more about their craft. I would be happy to discuss with Mr. Glasgow at the appropriate stage if needed.

Best regards.

This is a fine idea. Could we combine the shoemakers' visit with Bruce Boyer's book signing? That might be most convenient for us out-of-towners.

This is a great idea. I hope I can make it. I have spoken with Mr. Graziano on the telephone and found him very helpful. I look forward to meeting him.

RIght now (according to Mr. Seitelman, who volunteers to do the heavy lifting in arranging these meetings) we're looking at April 31.

I for one would be more than willing to something earlier, during your currently scheduled trip.

Gentlemen:

I have posted this on another section of the site. You may not have noticed so I will post here as well.

I will be meeting with George Glasgow from Cleaverley on Friday April 8th just after noon. He is aware that I am bringing along some friends. Some of us will be meeting around the bar on the first floor of the Four Seasons Hotel after 11:30.

Hope to see you there and after for lunch if you can. Recognition Code: "London Lounge".

Sincerely,
Joe
