Here's DF Jr. on location for "Gunga Din" (1939) in the Sierra Nevada, wearing the Coop tweed in what looks like a DB odd jacket with the collar up. The red bandanna worn ascot-style under a crewneck sweater is a nice touch:
Here's one of his colleagues on that production in an interesting brown check raglan-sleeved coat putting the under-lapel button to good use--a useful detail for country odd jackets as well:
