Holding up shirt sleaves

Can anyone tell me the name of the accessory used to hold up shirt sleaves? It is kind of like a bracelet which fits over the biceps.

I'd also be very interested to know where I might buy a pair, if anyone has suggestions.

Many of the shops on Jermyn Street London sell them. For example, Hildtich, N&L, etc. I think they may be available also through the Thurston website.

They are called sleeve garters. You can also get them at Herzfeld in New York.

Indeed. Or for RTW shirts if the sleeves are a shade too long. (Little point paying for a bespoke suit if you're going to spoil things with too much sleeve...)
