Fresco suit pockets

Is a fresco suit too informal for business if I have it with hip patch pockets and welted breast pocket? All other details are like a typical business suit.

The colours are blue grey and mid grey.

I would say too informal for a serious business meeting. But it depends on the context. For example, for a meeting at a bank or law firm in London, I would say definitely too informal. I like the idea of a grey/blue fresco (like Smmiths 4030 or 4034) with patch pockets, but I would wear it on days that I did not have a serious business meeting.
