If I were anal-retentive and obsessive-compulsive (which, of course, applies to none of us!), where would be the best sources for Habit Rouge (hopefully at some sort of discount) in the USA?

This is very confusing: first of all, how do I know which has the freshest product? And should I be getting the eau de parfum, which appears to be only available in Europe, or do I settle for the eau de toilette?
