Shoes without socks
DB and loafers
Short sleeves shirt
In seersucker

Very nice photos Giona! His seersucker suit looks quite nice indeed! Although it is not a fabric I would choose for a summer suiting (I'd rather go with a linen), the renditon of the shoulders and lapels is wonderful! The 'sockless' photo shows the man in a particularly relaxed and casual getup... totally at ease and still elegant - look at the width of the cuffs..

Two-tone loafers, grosgrain ribbon belt, ascot, sunglasses... that's a fantastic look.Jona wrote: Short sleeves shirt
I'm going to make one or two modifications, and then steal that look for next summer.
I'm amused by a bowtie in the same cloth as the suit it's worn with. I'm not certain that I find the look aesthetically pleasing, but it definitely is rare!Jona wrote:Any comments?
. . . In seersucker
The seersucker photo won’t load. Please repost.
I'm getting the seersucker photo fine.
I am surprised about the seersucker tie matched with this outfit.
Agree on the short sleeve shirt photo - that's quite a nice outfit!

I get it now as well. Thank you.dopey wrote:The seersucker photo won’t load. Please repost.
Jona,
The only photo that hangs me up is the DB with loafers -- not becuase of the shoes -- it's the bowler that throws me. It seems the most formal part of the outfit and therefore out of synch with the rest of the look. The DB is rolled to the bottom button, a more casual look in my mind, and therefore, I think the loafer looks OK. With a buttondown shirt, it would be kind of Cary Grant'ish. Maybe it's that I am not used to seeing (other) men in hats, let alone bowlers, that hangs me up.
