There's a shop now in Ekaterinburg (last home of the last Tsar) that is subcontracting bespoke orders to Denman & Goddard of London, who send cutters over every few months or so. D&G do all the work and have their price and cost handled directly by the shop. A somewhat different model from the normal road show, but a sensible one for Denman given the risks of the new venture.
