the store was remodeled and just reopened. I have never seen such wonderful gloves, all so well made and with such style. The prices are excellent.
Its almost make one want to lose gloves so there will be an excuse to buy more.
He has some really unusual colors and the detailing, like the wrist closings, are excellent.
Its on Madison Ave, and 58th street.
I'm thinking of matching them to my hats.
Its a gem. perfect when one is depressed and wants to avoid doing serious damage.

I was passing through Fiumincino airport in Rome and there is a new Sermoneta shop, the quality is excellent and the prices reasonable so I stocked up for the winter season.

Thank you Ed for comments on the NY store. As I've said before, my only regret in buying
Sermoneta gloves in Rome is not buying several pair at one time.

Thanks for the recommendation Ed. I stopped in their store this afternoon. Both sales people were very nice and helpful.
Seems like most of the merchandise is still last year. The gentleman i spoke with said that they were going to get some cashmere-lined gloves in around the end of September, in a new shipment. I'll wait until then but it's nice to have them on the radar.
There were some light tan pig skinned gloves that will do the trick this autumn.

Are there members in the lounge who have bought the 'Men's cashmere-lined deer-skin gloves with button'? I find it difficult to see how the seams are stitched from the relative small photo's supplied on the site.edhayes wrote:the store was remodeled and just reopened.
