I really like this topcoat from the Duke. Is this design (flyfront, peaked lapel, raglan shoulder, turn up cuffs) carried by any RTW makers in London?
Duke's raglan shoulder topcoat
That is rather splendid, isn't it?
I've seen nothing in London that comes close to that in RTW. You might try Udeshi, who has some interesting samples for overcoats. Otherwise, check Ralph Lauren in August/September, when the autumn/winter collection arrives. It is a long shot but perhaps.

Dr, can you post a picture? What cloth is suitable for this type of coat?brescd01 wrote:That is virtually identical to the coat I Had Centofanti make me lst Spring.
Photos of it have been in my photojournal for ages. I cannot say what is appropriate. I( used NHTC tweed and I think I got more compliments about that coat than any other garment I have ever worn.
A tweed would make a fine country overcoat. I've also had my eye on a Dormeuil fabric for a similar project I am planning. It is a grey-blue herringbone, around 16oz, which would make a splendid early spring-autumn overcoat.kolecho wrote:What cloth is suitable for this type of coat?
