Is his shop right next door to Brioni? It is a shop that also sells RTW apparel and accessories?

Is Signor DeLuca at all related or connected to what is now Camps Deluca in Paris? Or does he simply share a last name? Given that he is located in Milan and I believe the Deluca's in Paris came from Napoli I would assume the later, but with all the tailors that have come out of Naples over the years to Milan, etc. one could never be sure. Anyone know?
