Guild of Master Craftsmen

Do any af the members of this forum; have any knowelge of this guild?
I was wondering how high their standards are. If you type in a British
post code and a trade, W1 Tailor for instance it will list the 6 nearest guild
member of that trade. Obviously a tradesman will have to meet the guilds
minimum standard to gain membership.But how high is that minimum standard?

I think you'll find most of these guilds are for drinking and eating clubs now, rather than anything to do with the trades. Certainly, the Tailor's Guild in London is just that. I do believe that perhaps Dege and Pooles might belong to it. I was invited a couplke of times, but, frankly, would rather drink elsewhere.
