Classic colours for fresco and mohair blend suits

I am looking for some of these suiting cloths in 10oz and 12oz respectively for year round business wear in Hong Kong. What colours does fresco and mohair blend cloths look best in?

I think they look best in fuel blue or avion blue or any other name for the slightly light and slightly loud blue that reminds one of the Riviera.

Petrol blue and Avion are two totally different shades... and I am not sure if they are particularly loud. Petrol blue has a touch of green in it, while avion is more a blue-grey.

I find that frescos are quite nice in greys, from charcoal to dove. Mohairs are enlivened in the avion shade, in a nice beige/khaki, and of course in a dove grey!

I just got a length of 10oz John Foster dark navy mohair blend (30% mohair, 70% wool). It is sitting next to a Smith Woollens navy wool fresco now. Both are beautiful cloths in their own right. The mohair blend cloth has the subtle sheen that makes it different from 100% wool cloth. The sheen makes the cloth look lighter even though the navy is a darker shade that of the fresco. The effect is hard to describe. Hope that makes sense.
