The quality to be used for the Windsor 2 Tweed is the one you see in the photos, the one that renders this design the best.

It's not Babbo quality....though we might make Babbo again someday in another design as it a wonderful tweed as well.

Cheers

That makes sense -- it is the cloth in the photos which I am attracted to so the closest we can get to that the better for me. Really hope this gets done.

Babbo is also a dealbreaker for me. I am in for the Fiston quality.

I had my first fitting of the Fiston RAF herringbone check sample cloth and it is something very special.

The Windsor 2 Tweed will not be made in Babbo or in anything like Babbo.

But I repeat myself.

The Windsor 2 Tweed will be made in a tweed suiting quality as you see in the photos. We tweaked a few things and came up with something that is pretty darn close to the Windsor photo.

We are at 20m, so we have some work to do...!

Cheers

Well, I am in. Tough to choose these days, with so many classic, non-eccentric patterns. But this would be good as 2 or 3-pc suit, or broken apart.

Thank you Michael for posting the pictures, I am the lucky owner of the test cloth and jacket. The cloth is really great, believe me, I do hope that the pictures are some support to get the subscription over the line. It would be a shame if it would not make it.

Kind regards,

Ingmar

Somehow I thought I'd ordered a bit-- but these pics should push the project over the line if it hasn't got there already.

Thank you for volunteering to test this great Windsor 2 tweed. Your coat is going to be a real beauty.

I hope we can make The Windsor 2...

Having been fortunate enough to have a test length of the Fiston made up, I would strongly encourage members to make a commitment. Beautiful cloth.
