Bespoke learning center

Visitors to this site have entered a "bespoke learning center" supported, maintained and animated by the membership of thelondonlounge.

The members of the club are committed to sustaining and perpetuating the bespoke apparel arts and communicating the essence of Masculine elegance.

The learning center is “bespoke” because visitors and guests can use it in many ways customizing its content to meet their individual needs.

For some, thelondonlounge is a “bespoke” learning center in the sense that it is a resource with a potential for aiding people considering bespoke tailoring or custom clothing as an option for their wardrobes.

For others, the site is a resource for understanding masculine elegance and the elegant lifestyle in a more general way. The subjects of Grooming, Wine, Travel and others are presented.

One of the foundations of the club is its artisans, a team of best in class craftsmen who contribute their time and share their knowledge in the furtherance of the club's mission.

The members and artisans of thelondonlounge volunteer their time. They share their knowledge about dressing, elegance, bespoke, made-to-measure, ready-to-wear and artisans (or any other subject) with those who are truly interested in learning.

The learning center is not elitist. It is open to the public. Knowledge is offered and shared freely.

The artisans and members of the londonlounge.net stand ready to answer questions. But questions must be asked.

One does not have to be an expert in the subjects treated in order to ask questions.

Is a university student shy about attending class, studying, reading books or asking questions because he does not know the subject matter? Or does the student go to class, study his texts and ask questions in order to learn.

All questions are good questions.

The bespoke learning center is constructed around the public forums. Visitors to the site are encouraged to register, to become a londonlounge.net “registered user” or “guest.”

The existence of the first level gate to become a londonlounge.net guest is a reaction to the reality of the internet, with its trolls, flames, shills, and spammers. It is intended to keep out the nuisances of the net and malevolent individuals who would do the site harm.

The result is a refined and gentlemanly environment that will be preserved.
