Such photo is only possible with a bespoke coat. Imagine how bad would a MTM or RTW coat with gigantic arm holes look like in the same posture.

David, which is the fabric of the trousers if this is not a secret?

Dear Hristo,

the trousers are in Tyrolean trouser linen - Tiroler Hosenleinen, something I found in Austria.
