Whats te difference?
Whats the difference between, a Dandy, a Popping Jay, Dandyism, a Fop and a Chap?
The same as with suicide by hanging, drowning or jumping off the window. The demise of Elegance goes by many names.
Or, as Tolstoy opens a novel that ends in suicide - “All happy families are alike; each unhappy family is unhappy in its own way.”
Yet this "alike" takes nothing from the individuality of each occurrence.

There certainly is some difference between the dandy and the man of elegance, but that difference is completely overshadowed by the striking affinity - both belong to the human species.
